- Refund requests must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Full refunds using Zelle will be fully refunded. Full refunds using Stripe will have Stripe’s non-refundable processing fees deducted from the refunded amount. Partial refunds due to service or amenity unavailability will be issued at no additional cost.
- Full payment must be completed by the end of the day. If no payment is received by that time, the event will be considered canceled.

- The kitchen includes a sink, stove, electric stove, mini-refridgerator, and two stainless steel prep islands. A selection of cookware—such as pots, pans, and metal utensils—is available for use, provided all items are cleaned after the event.
- There are two restrooms on site, each equipped with a baby changing station for added convenience.
