1. Refund requests must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Full refunds will have Stripe’s non-refundable processing fees deducted from the refunded amount. Partial refunds due to service or amenity unavailability will be issued at no additional cost.
3. Full payment must be completed by the end of the day. If no payment is received by that time, the event will be considered canceled.
